By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bon999 platform (the "Platform"), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

bon999 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification. Any winnings obtained by an ineligible player may be voided and forfeited.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the bon999 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bon999 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly update any details that change. bon999 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs). You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, whether or not authorized by you.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify bon999 immediately via the 24/7 live chat support channel. bon999 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon notification but shall not be liable for losses incurred prior to notification.

bon999 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

All transactions on the bon999 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are accepted via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to the limits and processing times applicable to each payment method.

Deposits are credited to your bon999 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. bon999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. If a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. bon999 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the bon999 account.

bon999 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, bon999 will notify the player and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, bon999 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Bets placed during a confirmed system error may be voided at bon999's discretion. bon999 shall not be liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

All bets are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their bets before confirmation. bon999 does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except where required by applicable law or these Terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bon999 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;

• Creating or operating more than one account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;

• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or bon999 staff;

bon999 employs fraud detection and anti-money laundering (AML) systems. Accounts found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately. Funds in suspended accounts may be withheld pending investigation and, where applicable, reported to relevant Philippine authorities.

All content on the bon999 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and the overall design and layout, is the property of bon999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of bon999.

Any unauthorised use of bon999's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. If you believe any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us via the support channel.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bon999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

bon999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bon999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You use the Platform at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You may close your bon999 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and these Terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

bon999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it determines that you have breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination for cause, bon999 may forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, may also forfeit real-money balances pending investigation and applicable legal proceedings.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply after account closure.

bon999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bon999 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the contact details on file. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the bon999 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 10.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, unless resolved through the dispute resolution process described below.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through bon999's internal complaints process. Players may submit a formal complaint via the 24/7 live chat support channel. bon999 will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 business days.
